- East Coast retail asphalt prices mostly flat, some Florida locations weaker, with flux steady.
- Some East Coast wholesale asphalt ranges widen, as roofing flux remains unchanged.
- Many Midwest posted/reference prices are lowered this week and selling ranges declined.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt prices assessed slightly lower.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices are lower in some locations, flux prices unmoved.
- Asphalt and flux barge prices are statius quo for the week on the Gulf Coast.
- Rockies prices lower in some areas. Wholesale is steady for remaining February material.
- West Coast asphalt selling ranges decline in a number of locations. Flux is flat for February.
- Market participants in Canada reported no price changes and markets quiet.
- Oil prices go higher this week–April WTI ends at $32.78 a bbl, up $1.03 for the week.
- April Brent ends the week at $35.10 a bbl, up $2.09 versus previous week.
- April WCS is just over $20 a bbl FOB Alberta, ($12.55 below April WTI).
