- Midwest wholesale asphalt prices decline for January barge activity, as rail eases lower.
- Most Gulf Coast retail asphalt price ranges flat, with some modest slippage, with flux static.
- The Gulf Coast asphalt barge range moves lower, with the flux barge range unchanged.
- Rockies area selling prices slip in some areas. Wholesale prices steady for January supply.
- West Coast selling ranges dip in certain locations.
- Western Canada retail/posted prices are steady, as are January Alberta wholesale prices.
- Selling prices in Eastern Canada are unchanged.
- Oil prices rally late in the week—March WTI closes at $32.19 a bbl, up almost $3 this week.
- March Brent ends the week at $32.18 a bbl, up $3.24 for the week.
- March WCS climbs to about $18 a bbl FOB Alberta at week’s end, ($14 below WTI).
