- Gulf Coast area barge asphalt and flux wholesale ranges remain stable for the week.
- Rocky Mountain retail and wholesale prices were status quo.
- West Coast markets were flat this week—rain finally arrives in California with some flooding.
- Western Canada retail price assessments are steady. Manitoba held two tenders this week.
- Montreal and Ontario selling price range assessments are status quo.
- Oil prices drop again—Sept WTI ends at $48.14/bbl, off $2.75 versus August WTI last week.
- September Brent closes at $54.62 a bbl, down $2.48 a bbl versus last week.
- Canada’s WCS crude prices drop $3, to near $32 a bbl FOB Alberta for September WCS.
