- Some Midwest price ranges are assessed lower this week.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt assessments mostly steady—but a few ranges slip lower.
- Gulf Coast Area Barge prices decline for reported paving asphalt sales.
- Rockies wholesale prices are steady for December– January prices next week.
- Rockies rail mostly unchanged—some ranges adjusted lower in Idaho.
- West Coast was quiet. Some selling ranges slip lower in the Pacific Northwest area.
- Western Canada wholesale are status quo from last week.
- Quebec asphalt selling and posted prices are flat and steady for this week.
- Ontario asphalt selling and posted prices are unchanged and remain at last week’s levels.
- February WTI crude was weak, dropping $2 and ending the week at $55.12 a bbl.
- Western Can. Select (WCS) crude oil slumps $2, to about $39 FOB Alberta.
- Brent oil declines almost $2—going to $59.45 a barrel.
