A Winter of Discontent

One of the key drivers of demand for tankers is crude and clean product oil demand. One of the most relied upon crude oil and refined products outlooks is published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). The EIA released an updated Short-Term Energy Outlook and Winter Fuels Outlook on October 12th and it contains some revisions worth noting.
