“As rates to ship crude oil from the Caribbean basin fell for a fourth day as refinery maintenance continued Poten & Partners reports that “WS 135 is equivalent to about $18,430 per day after expenses such as fuel and port fees”. “That rate is 3.6 percent lower than June 1 rates and a 31 percent below rates of a month ago.”
