Bloomberg: Shell Loses Top Spot for Oil-Product Tanker Charters to Vitol

“Bloomberg reported that “Vitol Group, a Rotterdam-based oil trader, was the largest hirer of oil-product tankers in the spot market last year, toppling Royal Dutch Shell Plc, shipbroker Poten & Partners said in a report.”
