China Petrochemical News: Poten & Partners Expects China’s Oil Capacity to Increase over 10% by 2014

“Well-known energy consulting firm Poten & Partners has said that China’s refining capacity before 2014 are likely to increase over 10%. [Poten & Partners] said in a report last week that China’s transfer of crude oil into petroleum products, the ability to pre-2014 may be from last year’s fewer than 700 million barrels / day to 7.5 million barrels / day.”
