Bloomberg: U.S. Northeast Seen Curbing Oil Products Exports After Sandy
“The U.S. Northeast will end net exports of refined fuels while the region rebuilds inventories after superstorm Sandy, according to Poten & Partners Inc. Exports from the region will decline from recent levels of as much as 200,000 barrels a day, the New York-based shipbroker said in a report e-mailed Friday. The East Coast states will draw mostly on other parts of the U.S. to make up 900,000 barrels a day as stockpiles are low and the hurricane disrupted refining, according to the report.”
