In Memorian: Morris Louis Feder
Today’s business world seems to be getting ever more competitive, litigious and fast-paced – the maritime industry is no exception. Given the changing climate for day-to-day activities, it is not surprising that business ethics are continually tested. This week saw the passing of a legend in the shipping industry, Morris Louis Feder. Mr. Feder touched the lives of many, as a friend and a mentor, and continuously exhibited several of the qualities – honesty, integrity, and fairness – that can sometimes be lost in the quest to make the next dollar.
