Cleaning Upwards for a Decade

At the turn of the millennium, India’s crude oil refinery capacity stood at just over 1 mbd, and was a net importer of clean petroleum products. Now, following a decade of aggressive growth, India is seated within the top five countries in terms of refinery capacity and is a net exporter of refined petroleum products.
