- East Coast wholesale asphalt and flux prices remain steady.
- Midwest retail asphalt prices were mostly unchanged — few selling ranges were adjusted.
- Midwest roofing flux price ranges mostly assessed lower for May following more reports.
- Wholesale barge selling range narrowed, while rail prices were steady.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux assessments remain unchanged this week.
- Gulf Coast area barge asphalt prices up slightly – flux prices are steady.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale prices remained in a broad range for May supply.
- Rockies retail prices mostly steady, with rain and snow reported in some areas.
- West Coast retail markets were static this week.
- Western Canada wholesale is assessed status quo — selling prices in Manitoba are assessed in a tighter band due to some tenders.
- Asphalt prices in Quebec are flat. Ontario selling prices are in a lower range.
- Oil prices firmed slightly this week – June WTI crude was up 30 cents, to $59.69 a bbl.
- July Brent ended the week at $66.81 a bbl, or $6 above July WTI prices.
- June Canada sour WCS crude was at ~ $51 a bbl FOB Alberta, or $8.75 under WTI.
