- Western Canada retail markets were quiet and reported no changes.
- Wholesale asphalt prices were steady for February product in Western Canada.
- Quebec and Ontario asphalt selling prices remain at previous weeks’ levels.
- April WTI crude prices decline to $49.76 a bbl—down $1.05 a bbl vs. previous week.
- April Western Can. Select (WCS) crude is $13.60 under WTI—about $36 FOB Alberta.
- April Brent crude rises to $62.58 a bbl—now almost $13 above April WTI.
