- Midwest rack posted/reference prices and selling ranges were unchanged, with activity winding down.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux prices were all status quo with assessments static.
- Gulf Coast asphalt barge and asphalt rail price assessments are stable, with flux barge prices flat too.
- The Rocky Mountain locations had steady prices this week. Paving activity has slowed in areas.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale prices were steady for November, with December prices not yet reported.
- In West Coast, both Pacific Northwest and California locations had static prices.
- Western Canada market prices were flat for both retail markets and wholesale materials.
- Both Quebec and Ontario markets are assessed flat for the week.
- Oil prices were higher this week for all benchmark grades.
