  • East Coast asphalt and flux rack prices were stable this week.
  • Asphalt barge assessments rose on active trade for the East Coast region. Flux was flat.
  • Midwest wholesale markets were very active, with prices reported in wider ranges for November supply by barge and rail. Roofing flux prices were steady in some areas and lower in others.
  • Midwest rack posted/reference prices moved lower in some areas, but most selling ranges were flat.
  • Gulf Coast rack asphalt and flux price assessments are unchanged.
  • Gulf Coast asphalt barge, flux barge, and asphalt rail price assessments were mostly steady.
  • The Rocky Mountain markets moved lower for some rack asphalt assessments for November.
  • Rocky Mountain wholesale prices were slightly lower for November supply.
  • In West Coast, some Pacific Northwest locations had lower prices, but California locations were flat.
  • Western Canada market prices were flat for retail markets but went down for wholesale materials.
  • Both Quebec and Ontario markets are assessed steady for the week.
  • Oil prices were lower this week for all benchmark grades.
