- East Coast asphalt rack prices slipped in some NY and PA areas. Others were steady. Flux was flat.
- This week’s barge assessments declined for asphalt markets on the East Coast. Flux was steady.
- Midwest wholesale markets for asphalt and roofing flux were steady this week on few new sales.
- Midwest rack selling price assessments moved lower in parts of Kansas and Oklahoma.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt eased lower in parts of Texas but were steady elsewhere. Flux was flat.
- Gulf Coast asphalt barge price ranges were steady. Deals were reported on formula-based prices. No changes to roofing flux prices were reported.
- Rocky Mountain retail market selling prices were generally steady this mid-month week.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale prices are assessed much lower on recent sales activity. Coker outages were cited as leading to a prompt supply surplus in the region.
- In West Coast, both Pacific Northwest and California locations had flat prices this week.
- In western Canada, both retail and wholesale prices were unchanged versus the previous week.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets had flat prices.
- Oil prices were lower for all benchmark grades this week versus the previous week.
