- Asphalt and flux barge markets on the East Coast were active with price assessments increasing.
- Wholesale asphalt prices firmed for Midwest April supply. Flux was mixed with some prices rising.
- Midwest rack markets were mixed, with some prices assessed modestly lower and the rest unchanged.
- Gulf Coast rack asphalt prices mostly steady but ease in some areas, with flux rack prices steady.
- Gulf Coast asphalt barge and rail pricing is slightly higher, with flux barge pricing unchanged.
- Rocky Mountain markets had mostly steady rack prices this week. Activity was limited.
- Wholesale asphalt markets rose for April supply in the Rockies.
- In the West Coast, Pacific Northwest locations were static. California locations also had flat pricing.
- In western Canada, retail markets were flat. However, wholesale market prices were higher.
- In eastern Canada, Quebec markets were flat, while Ontario markets had lower prices this week.
- Oil prices were higher for all benchmark grades this week versus the previous week.
