- East Coast asphalt and flux barge assessments declined as well, with some ranges narrowing.
- Midwest wholesale prices eased lower for barges, with some significantly lower rail prices reported this week. Flux assessments fell sharply with reports for October at much lower levels.
- Midwest rack selling ranges slid lower in most areas, with suppliers cutting posted/reference prices.
- Gulf Coast asphalt retail and flux prices are assessed steady to modestly lower this week.
- Asphalt barge prices were flat on the Gulf Coast, while flux price assessments slipped lower.
- Rocky Mountain rack selling prices declined in many markets, as suppliers implemented price cuts.
- Rockies wholesale asphalt prices were mostly steady, after falling sharply the previous week.
- In West Coast, both Pacific Northwest and California markets have lower selling price assessments.
- In Western Canada, both retail and wholesale asphalt prices were lower versus the previous week.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario market selling price assessments go lower.
- Oil prices jumped higher this week, mostly on OPEC+’s large quota cut decision.
