- The Gulf Coast asphalt and flux barge pricing and assessments remain steady.
- Rocky Mountain paving activity is winding down in most areas, with prices mostly flat.
- Rockies wholesale prices status quo, at the previous weeks’ range for November supply.
- In West Coast, Pacific Northwest markets had lower pricing for eastern Washington locations. California markets were reportedly steady this week.
- In western Canada, Manitoba had higher posted pricing. Other areas were flat. Alberta wholesale markets were unchanged as well.
