- Rocky Mountain paving activity is slowing, but suppliers raise prices at many racks.
- Rockies wholesale prices move higher for November supply versus those in October.
- In West Coast, Pacific Northwest markets were steady. Meanwhile, California had higher pricing this week. Alaska markets were also up for this week.
- In western Canada, retail markets were flat but wholesale prices went up for November.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets had higher price ranges.
