- East Coast retail asphalt pricing eased in some areas, with flux prices unchanged.
- Asphalt barge prices are sharply lower again on the East Coast, with flux barges stable.
- Midwest retail asphalt price assessments slip lower in a number of locations following more supplier price reductions. Flux markets assessed steady, awaiting April price level reports.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt markets fall much lower, as lower-priced deals are reported. Flux markets were unchanged for remaining March supply, with April not yet reported.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt pricing is lower in some areas, with flux prices steadfast this week.
- Barge prices on the Gulf Coast for asphalt in a narrower band – flux barge prices steady.
- Rocky Mountain retail prices slip in a few spots. Activity is limited.
- Rockies wholesale price ranges decline on lower reported prices. Some refineries cut runs.
- West Coast markets eased in some Pacific Northwest spots. Flux is steady.
- Most western Canada retail prices were lower, with Alberta wholesale prices also slipping.
- Most Provinces in eastern Canada shut-down roadwork, due toCOVID-19. Asphalt prices were flat in both Quebec and Ontario markets.
- Oil prices declined again, due to slowing oil demand, mostly caused by the growing spread of COVID-19 pandemic, and oil production increases by Saudi Arabia/OPEC and Russia.
