- East Coast rack activity remains muted, with pricing mostly flat, with some lower pricing.
- Asphalt and flux barge prices moved lower on the East Coast to begin March.
- Midwest retail asphalt prices were mostly steady, except for a few locations.
- Midwest flux prices were steady for some or modestly lower to start March.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt markets were very active. Assessed ranges were lower for barges and in wider ranges for rail sales for March. Flux was steady, or modestly lower.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices are lower in some areas, with flux prices unchanged.
- Barge prices on the Gulf Coast for asphalt decline, with flux price levels holding steady.
- Rocky Mountain retail prices were mostly steady, with wholesale price ranges slightly lower.
- California prices slid lower this week, with the rest of the West Coast region steady.
- Western Canada retail markets were static, but wholesale prices declined this week.
- Quebec posted prices declined this week, but selling assessments remained unchanged. In Ontario, both selling and posted price ranges were status quo.
- Oil prices were down again, mostly for light crudes. WCS prices were generally steady. Corona virus fears continue to reduce transportation fuels demand. OPEC-Russia have been considering additional oil production cuts, but there is no agreement.
