- The rack activity on the East Coast remains slow, with pricing unchanged again this week.
- East Coast asphalt and flux barge prices are holding within previous ranges.
- Midwest retail asphalt/flux prices were generally steadfast for this last week of February.
- The Midwest wholesale asphalt markets were very active, with prices mixed and varying significantly by supplier and timing. Barge and rail ranges are adjusted. Flux was steady.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices are flat, with some flux pricing firming in many areas.
- Barge prices on the Gulf Coast for asphalt and flux are maintaining previously noted levels.
- Only a few Rocky Mountain retail prices are adjusted this week, with others unchanged.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale prices are steady for remaining February supply.
- West Coast markets were static on prices, except for eastern Washington.
- Western Canada retail and wholesale asphalt markets were unchanged this week.
- Eastern Canada markets were status quo this week for both Quebec and Ontario.
- Oil prices plunged this week, around $7-8 a barrel for light WTI and Brent crudes, on falling oil demand due to growing fears of corona-virus spreading. Sour Canadian WCS crude declined by only about a dollar this week.
