• East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices are steady for this week.   
• Asphalt barge prices are assessed firmer on the East Coast, with flux barge prices static.
• Midwest retail selling prices held flat. Colder, wetter weather is becoming more common. 
• Midwest wholesale asphalt price ranges were generally steady, with volumes limited. Flux prices were flat.
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices steady this week, with flux pricing declining.   
• Gulf Coast asphalt barge pricing in a narrower band, with flux barge pricing unchanged.
• Rocky Mountain retail markets were growing quieter, with selling ranges unchanged.      
• Rocky Mountain wholesale asphalt price ranges were flat this week.       
• West Coast asphalt price ranges were softer in parts of the Pacific Northwest and flat elsewhere. No changes were reported for roofing flux prices.     
• Western Canada retail markets were mostly steady. Alberta wholesale prices were lowered and widened this week.
• Eastern Canada markets were unchanged this week for both Quebec and Ontario.
• Oil markets rose this week for all benchmark grades of crude oils.
