- Midwest retail selling prices go lower in some areas. Colder weather hits in northern states.
- Wholesale asphalt price ranges are steady for flux and barges–slightly lower for rail supply.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices are assessed steady again this week.
- Asphalt barge and flux pricing is status quo in the Gulf Coast this week.
- Rocky Mountain retail prices slip in some markets, as cold weather prevails in the north.
- Rocky Mountain wholesale markets were steady, after falling for October supply.
- Prices are assessed lower in the Pacific Northwest–other West Coast areas unchanged.
- Western Canada retail prices were steady, except Manitoba. Alberta wholesale prices were flat this week.
- Eastern Canada markets were down this week, with September prices are no longer effective, both for Quebec and Ontario.
- Oil prices moved up this week, mostly with the news on a missile strike on Iranian oil tanker.
