- The Midwest had few retail price changes and racks had limited activity due to the Holiday.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt markets were very active, with price ranges steady for rail and lower for barges. Flux prices were steady this week
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices were mostly status quo for the week.
- The wholesale asphalt price slipped this week, with flux prices unmoved on the Gulf Coast.
- The Rocky Mountain region had mostly steady retail and wholesale prices this week.
- West Coast asphalt and flux prices were mostly unchanged for the start of July.
- Western Canada retail and wholesale markets were static this week.
- Quebec asphalt posted prices were in a lower range, with selling assessments unchanged. Ontario asphalt selling and posted prices were status quo.
- WTI and Brent crude prices declined this week. However, WCS crude increased.
