• East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices were steady for the pre-holiday week.    
• Wholesale asphalt barge asphalt prices soften on the East Coast, on lower priced deals. Flux was unchanged. 
• Midwest retail markets are slowed by rain. Prices firm in a few spots, with other markets flat.
• Wholesale markets are unchanged for paving asphalt and roofing flux in the Midwest. Barge activity remains limited by high water on the Mississippi River system.       
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices were flat and assessed ranges steady.   
• Wholesale asphalt prices slid lower on the Gulf Coast – flux was unchanged.
• Rockies retail markets had few higher price ranges. Wholesale asphalt was unchanged. 
• Pacific Northwest markets are assessed in a higher band, whereas California is steady.
• Retail asphalt prices in Western Canada are flat. Alberta wholesale prices were also static.
• Eastern Canada markets are assessed within previous week’s levels.
• Oil prices plunged lower this week for all benchmark grades on global demand worries.
