• East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices move lower in many areas this week.
• Asphalt barge prices went higher, with flux barge prices declining on the East Coast.
• Midwest retail markets were mostly quiet and steady, but higher prices were noted in the upper Midwest, with price slippage noted in some southern locations.   
• Midwest wholesale asphalt markets moved higher, with flux steady, or lower this week.  
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices firmed in many areas this week.
• Asphalt and flux barge market prices went higher on the Gulf Coast for the week.
• Rockies areas were mostly unchanged and cold, with few selling range adjustments.
• February Rockies wholesale asphalt prices were slightly firmer this week.     
• West Coast areas were quiet—asphalt/flux prices were flat. Snow fell in the Pac. Nothwest.         
• Western Canada markets remain quiet this week. Alberta wholesale prices are status quo.
• Eastern Canada retail selling prices are steadfast, but one suppliers Quebec postings rose.
• All benchmark crude prices declined by less than a dollar/bbl. this week.
