• East Coast retail asphalt prices slip in some areas, with retail flux pricing unchanged.
• East Coast asphalt and flux barge prices decline this week.
• Midwest retail asphalt markets eased lower in some locations. Flux prices were steady. 
• Midwest wholesale asphalt price ranges narrowed in a lower range for barges and were steady for rail. Flux prices were flat. 
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices hold steady this week.
• The Gulf Coast asphalt barge pricing declined this week, with flux barge assessments flat.
• Rocky Mountain area selling ranges were status quo. Demand is seasonally thin.
• December wholesale prices were steady in the Rockies this week, with ample supply noted.
• West Coast markets eased in a few spots. Some flux prices slipped. Hawaii/Alaska was flat.     
• Western Canada asphalt retail prices are steady. Alberta wholesale is status quo.
• Retail prices are flat in eastern Canada. Some Quebec suppliers ceased posted prices.
• Crude prices declined this week for most of the benchmark grades of crude oils.
