- Midwest retail asphalt markets declined in some northern areas, but were mostly steady in other areas.
- Midwest wholesale prices moved lower for November, making ranges broad this week.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices steady, with flux prices slipping in some locations.
- The Gulf Coast asphalt and flux barge assessments go lower to start November.
- Rocky Mountain area paving activity is slowing. Prices were mostly unchanged.
- Rockies wholesale markets moved lower for November.
- West Coast prices slid lower in the Pacific Northwest, but were mostly steady elsewhere.
- Asphalt selling/posted prices continue flat across western Canada. Alberta wholesale went down for November.
- No changes in selling and posted prices were reported in Quebec. MTQ held a tender.

- Crude prices fell dramatically this week for all grades of benchmark crudes.
