- East Coast retail asphalt prices slip in the Mid-Atlantic area. Flux prices were unchanged.
- East Coast asphalt barge prices declined this week. Flux barge pricing were steady.
- Midwest retail asphalt markets slipped in a few areas, but are steady elsewhere.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt prices are soft, but barge and rail ranges are steady.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices are unchanged for the week.
- The Gulf Coast asphalt barge assessment is lower again this week. Flux barges are steady.
- Rocky Mountain area paving is in decline, with the season nearing its end. Prices are mostly flat for retail and wholesale supply.
- West Coast prices were generally steady this last week of October.
- Asphalt selling/posted prices are flat across western Canada. Alberta wholesale is steady.
- Selling assessments and posted price ranges are unchanged in eastern Canada.
- Crude prices continue to slide lower. Western Canadian Select is well under $30/bbl FOB.
