• East Coast retail asphalt prices slip in many areas, with flux prices unchanged for the week.
• East Coast asphalt barge prices ease, with flux barge pricing status quo.
• Midwest retail asphalt markets were mostly steady, but eased lower in the upper Midwest.
• Midwest wholesale asphalt prices declined for barges and eased lower for rail this week.
• Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices are all status quo, with no changes reported.
• The Gulf Coast asphalt barge assessment slipped, with flux barge prices steady.
• Rocky Mountain area prices softened in a few locations, but were flat elsewhere.
• Rockies wholesale prices were steady for October material.
• West Coast prices slipped a bit in the Pacific Northwest, but were steady elsewhere.   
• Asphalt selling, posted and Alberta wholesale prices are flat across western Canada.
• Selling assessments are steady in eastern Canada. Posted prices decreased in Quebec, while posted prices in Ontario are unchanged.
• Crude prices declined again this week for all the benchmark grades of crude oil.
