- East Coast retail asphalt and flux prices remain status quo for the week.
- Barge prices for asphalt move sharply higher, with flux barges on the East Coast steady.
- Midwest retail markets were mostly steady. Activity is limited by cold/wet weather.
- Midwest roofing flux prices are flat.
- Higher priced barge sale noted in the Midwest, as wholesale range firms. Rail is steady.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt steady, except some firming in Louisiana – flux retail pricing flat.
- The Gulf Coast wholesale asphalt range moved up this week, with flux barge pricing stable.
- Rockies retail holds steady, with a few exceptions. Wholesale prices were steady for April.
- Some Washington State posted price hikes noted late in the week–selling ranges there rise.
- Selling prices are stagnant in western Canada. Reported posted prices increased. Wholesale is flat.
- Selling prices in eastern Canada are unchanged this week. Posted prices remain steady in Quebec, but increased in Ontario.
- Crude oil prices move modestly higher this week for all benchmark grades.
- Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. strike temporarily averted Friday night.
