- East Coast asphalt prices firm in much of the region, with flux pricing status quo this week.
- Some East Coast wholesale asphalt prices were softer, with flux barge prices flat.
- Midwest retail markets mostly steady and quiet this last full week of February. Flux was flat.
- Wholesale asphalt demand is strong in the Midwest–prices vary considerably between suppliers, with assessed ranges unchanged. Most activity is near upper ends of the ranges.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices were status quo for the week.
- Gulf Coast wholesale asphalt and flux barge prices were static, with thin reported activity.
- Rockies retail was mostly unchanged, with little rack activity. Wholesale was unchanged.
- California asphalt markets reported as strong–price ranges firmed. Roofing flux rose too
- Canada asphalt selling prices are mostly flat. Posted prices and wholesale are steady.
- Retail selling and posted prices are remain unchanged across eastern Canada.
- Crude oil prices continued to rise, with sweet crudes, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) up a dollar and Brent up about $3 this week. Canadian WCS crude prices were roughly flat.
