- Many areas are in recovery following recent hurricane damage in the Gulf and East Coast.
- East Coast retail and wholesale prices remain unchanged for both asphalt and flux markets.
- Wholesale prices were static this week in the Midwest.
- Midwest retail markets were mostly steady. Demand is seasonably strong in most areas.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux prices assessed steady for the week.
- Gulf Coast wholesale asphalt and flux prices remain at pervious levels.
- Rockies assessed retail prices firmed in a few States this week. Wholesale prices were flat.
- West Coast market prices were status quo, as rain slowed some demand/reduced wildfires.
- Western Canada asphalt selling and posted prices are unchanged.
- Quebec posted prices are steady, while selling prices slipped. Ontario retail prices are flat.
- Crude oil prices rose modestly in North America. North Sea prices rose more, with Brent grade now well above WTI. US oil production recovers to near pre-Hurricane Harvey levels.
