- Some East Coast wholesale price ranges firm for CIF asphalt and flux ranges.
- Midwest wholesale prices rise slightly for the start of September.
- Retail markets were flat in most Midwest areas, but a few slipped lower.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux pricing is flat to start September.
- Gulf Coast wholesale asphalt prices are status quo, with flux pricing moving up.
- Retail and wholesale markets were mostly steady in the Rocky Mountain region.
- West Coast locations assessed flat for this week–some unconfirmed increases in California.
- British Columbia remains in a state of emergency, due to wildfires.
- Retail prices are steadfast across western Canada, with product limited in some provinces.
- Selling/posted prices are reported lower in QC. MTQ held a tender. Ontario prices are flat.
