- Wholesale prices for asphalt and flux assessed steadfast on the East Coast.
- Selling ranges rise in the upper Midwest. Other Midwest retail spots mostly steady.
- Midwest wholesale prices stabilize at the March reported ranges. Demand is still strong.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices firm in some locations, with flux pricing status quo.
- The wholesale asphalt price range narrows slightly on the Gulf Coast, with flux unchanged.
- Rockies wholesale prices are steady for March supply.
- Rockies retail selling ranges are mostly steady for base grades. However, there is concern about polymer availability and prices going forward.
- West Coast selling prices adjusted higher for some Pacific Northwest/California locations.
- Western Canada participants reported no selling price changes.
- Asphalt prices are unchanged in Montreal. Ontario selling prices went up from last week.
- Crude oil prices stabilize, with April WTI at $48.72/bbl, up $0.33/bbl. May WTI at $49.26.
- May Western. Canadian Select crude (WCS) firms, to just under $36 FOB Alberta.
- May Brent crude firms 53 cents–to $51.90/bbl. May Brent/WTI delta is at $2.64 a bbl.
