- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux pricing mostly steady.
- Gulf Coast wholesale asphalt and flux pricing holds steady for the week.
- Rocky Mountain retail and wholesale prices are mostly unchanged for the week.
- No price moves in West Coast markets—Alaska State Index declines for 2nd half December.
- Western Canada asphalt retail prices are steady. Alberta wholesale is status quo.
- Retail prices are flat in eastern Canada–Quebec suppliers ceased posted prices until spring.
- Crude oil prices firm, as some non-OPEC producers pledge a production cut. January WTI closes at $52.03, up $0.55 a bbl for the week. February WTI ends week at $53.10 a bbl.
- February Brent oil climbs 88 cents, to $55.21 a bbl, versus last week’s close.
- February Western Canadian Select (WCS) oil closes at just over $37 FOB Alberta.
