- East Coast retail asphalt prices steady, with flux pricing firming for December.
- East Coast wholesale asphalt and flux price ranges move higher for the new month.
- Midwest retail prices mostly steady this week–cold/wet weather paving in some areas.
- Wholesale prices go up for December in the Midwest, as costs rise.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt mostly steady, with some softer pricing, and flux pricing is flat.
- Gulf Coast wholesale asphalt and flux price assessments increase for the week.
- Refiner wholesale prices rise for December products in the Rocky Mountain region.
- Rocky Mountain retail prices are mostly steady, but reported lower in Arizona/New Mexico.
- Few changes reported for the West Coast region, as activity wanes in colder areas.
- Western Canada asphalt retail prices are steady and Alberta wholesale went higher.

- Crude oil prices surge on news of an OPEC production agreement. January WTI closes at $51.68, up $5.62 a barrel versus the previous week close.
- February Brent crude jumped to $54.46 a bbl, up $7.18 versus last Friday’s January Brent.
- January Western Canadian Select (WCS) climbs $5, to just over $36 FOB Alberta.
