- Wholesale asphalt and flux ranges on the East Coast unmoved for the week.
- Midwest posted/reference prices mostly steady this week, but some selling ranges decline.
- Some Midwest wholesale asphalt and flux prices are assessed in lower ranges.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt and flux pricing mostly steadfast across the region.
- Asphalt barge prices widened modestly for the week on the Gulf Coast, with flux unchagned.
- Rockies retail prices head lower in some areas, while wholesale price ranges slip for March.
- Prices are mostly steady in the West Coast region, but some selling ranges adjusted lower.
- Participants in Canada reported no selling price changes. Alberta wholesale narrows.
- Crude prices continued to rise–April WTI closed at $38.50 a bbl, up $2.58 vs. last week.
- May Brent crude ended the week at $40.39 a bbl—less than a dollar over May WTI.
- April WCS was up sharply, to more than $25 a bbl FOB Alberta, ($13.45 below WTI).
