- Some East Coast wholesale asphalt ranges narrow, but roofing flux is steady.
- Some Midwest posted/reference prices are reduced mid-week in Illinois, Ohio and Michigan.
- Selling ranges decline in some Midwest locations, with most others unchanged.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt prices are steady this week.
- Gulf Coast retail asphalt prices are steady or lower, flux unchanged.
- Asphalt and flux barge prices remain at previous levels on the Gulf Coast.
- Rockies prices mostly steady–Wyoming eases lower. Wholesale is unchanged this week.
- West Coast asphalt selling ranges ease in a few locations, with the So. Cal flux range lower.
- Canada markets remain quiet, with no price moves reported and ranges steady.
- Oil volatility continues, with markets in contango. Despite sharp drop Friday, March WTI ends at $29.64 a bbl, up $0.20 for the week–April WTI is at $31.75 a bbl,off $0.16.
- April Brent ends the week at $33.01 a bbl, down $0.35 versus previous week.
- April WCS is just above $19 a bbl FOB Alberta, ($12.65 below April WTI).
