- East Coast retail asphalt prices steady or softer, with flux retail prices declining in the region.
- East Coast asphalt and flux barge assessments declined this week.
- Midwest wholesale asphalt and flux prices were reduced for December. There was brisk activity for asphalt sales. A rail strike appears to have been averted at least for the near future.
- Some December Midwest posted/reference prices were lowered, as were some selling price ranges.
- Gulf Coast asphalt pricing mostly flat, with some declines; flux retail prices are down in many areas.
- Asphalt and flux barge prices on the Gulf Coast are steady for the week.
- Rocky Mountain rack selling prices are assessed lower in some markets. Activity is limited.
- Rockies wholesale asphalt prices were reported at lower levels for December supply.
- West Coast markets were mostly lower for both Pacific Northwest and California locations.
- In western Canada, retail markets were flat, but wholesale prices were lower for December.
- In eastern Canada, both Quebec and Ontario markets were unchanged for the week.
- Oil prices were up for all benchmark grades this week, by between $2-4 a barrel.
